Frequently asked questions

Can I have my order delivered?

No. Everything you reserve is picked up in the shop. That way you can always try it on first, and it saves you a return shipment.

Do I have to pay online?

No. At checkout, choose "Pay at pickup in the store". You pay nothing in advance and only pay when you take the item with you. In the shop you can pay by cash or card.

When will my reservation be ready?

Within 24 hours. You'll get a short email as soon as you can drop by.

How long does my reservation stay put?

Five days. If you can't make it in that time, send a quick email to info@my-melange.com and we'll set it aside for longer.

Can I reserve multiple sizes?

Yes, please do. You only pay in the shop anyway, so you can calmly try two sizes side by side and take only what fits.

What if it doesn't fit?

Then you simply leave it on the rack. You haven't paid anything yet and you're not committed to anything. And because you're in the shop, we can fetch another size or something else for you right away.

Can I exchange something I've taken home?

Exchanges are possible within fourteen days on presentation of your receipt, provided the item is unworn and the tags are still attached. For hygiene reasons, lingerie and swimwear cannot be exchanged.

Is everything from the shop on the site?

Not yet. We're adding items step by step, starting with the pieces we have good photos of. If you see something in the shop that isn't listed here, it's simply there. Besides women's clothing and lingerie, we also have a men's department with sweaters, polos, shirts, underwear and swimwear.

I'm not sure about my size

Email or call us. We're standing right next to the rack and can check for you how a brand fits. For some brands we recommend going one size up from what you're used to.

Do you speak English or German?

We speak English well and German a little, enough to help you with sizes and fit, but not fluently. If we can't work it out, we'll find another way to get you sorted.

Where and when can I drop by?

My Melange, Ruiterplaatweg 21-23, 4493 PG Kamperland, The Netherlands. Open Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 to 17:00. We're closed on Sunday and Monday.
